加拿大黄金矿业公司Agnico Eagle Mines已签署最终协议，通过三笔独立交易全面整合芬兰北部的Central Lapland Greenstone Belt，打造一个多资产、数十年的区域平台。该公司将以约29亿加元收购Rupert Resources，以4.81亿加元全现金收购Aurion Resources，并以3.25亿美元收购B2Gold持有的Fingold合资企业70%股权。由于Aurion持有另外30%股权，交易完成后Agnico将拥有Fingold的100%权益。

　　通过整合约2492平方公里的土地，Agnico将其现有的欧洲最大原生金矿Kittilä与Rupert的Ikkari金矿项目连接起来。消除矿权边界限制后，公司计划设计更大规模的露天矿，预计可产生高达5亿加元的协同效应。

　　Agnico首席执行官Ammar Al-Joundi表示，这一策略与公司在加拿大成功构建平台的模式一致。公司计划在未来十年内将芬兰打造为年产约50万盎司黄金的生产枢纽。

　　受此消息影响，Rupert Resources股价飙升逾60%，Aurion Resources上涨约44%，而Agnico Eagle股价小幅下跌。交易预计于2026年第三季度完成。
