路透4月20日 - 《华尔街日报》周一援引知情人士的话称，美国司法部反垄断部门正在对大型肉类包装公司的行为进行刑事调查。
去年，美国总统特朗普指责肉类包装公司 (link)，称其通过操纵和串通抬高美国牛肉价格，并下令司法部展开调查。
在特朗普要求进行干预后，司法部披露了对牛肉公司的调查。不过，据《华尔街日报》报导，官方并未透露这是一项刑事调查。
司法部没有立即回应路透的置评请求。
