智通财经APP讯，经纬天地(02477)发布公告，自2026年4月17日起，李始华先生已辞任执行董事及不再担任本公司投资委员会主席，因其决定投入更多时间于其他业务安排。
李先生辞任后，将继续担任经纬天地科技(香港)有限公司的董事及深圳经纬云联科技有限公司的董事及法定代表人，该两家公司均为本公司的全资附属公司。
李先生辞任后，投资委员会的组成自2026年4月17日起变更如下：(i)李先生不再担任投资委员会主席;(ii)执行董事张小龙先生已获调任为投资委员会主席以接替李先生;及(iii)独立非执行董事陈维端先生已获委任为投资委员会成员。
