路透4月17日 - 欧盟执委会周五将一份价值1.8亿欧元（2.12亿美元）、为期六年的主权云服务招标授予了四家欧洲供应商，作为推动该联盟减少对非欧洲技术依赖的一部分。
合同授予了卢森堡的Post Telecom、德国的StackIT公司、法国Iliad公司的数据中心部门Scaleway和比利时Proximus公司PROX.BR。
此外，邮政电信还将引入合作伙伴 OVHcloud OVH.PA 和 CleverCloud，而 Proximus 则领导一个由 Mistral AI、Clarence 和 Thales TCFP.PA 以及谷歌云的 GOOGL.O 数据中心合资企业 S3NS 组成的财团。
