智通财经APP获悉，内房股多数上扬，截至发稿，金辉控股(09993)涨4.69%，报1.34港元；融创中国(01918)涨4.72%，报1.11港元；绿城中国(03900)涨3.29%，报9.42元；碧桂园(02007)涨1.69%，报0.3港元；万科企业(02202)涨1.64%，报3.1港元。
消息面上，4月16日，国家统计局发布3月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。数据显示，3月份，全国70个大中城市中，一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比上涨，二三线城市环比降幅收窄或相同。新建商品住宅和二手住宅销售价格环比上涨城市个数均比上月增加。
国信证券认为，2026年3月，地产销售量价边际改善。考虑到地产股当前的估值水平已充分定价潜在的房价下跌，若数据能够持续向好，市场情绪的少许好转就能带来地产股表现的较大提振，建议增加配置，并优选拿地积极、布局合理的标的。
