诺德诺德（NVO）在经历了一次相当大规模的人员重组之后，今年正在重新招人，新增约2000名员工。
表面上看，这像是一次招聘大潮，但实际情况并没有那么简单。据报道，这些新员工中约有1400人已经入职，其中近400人在丹麦。与此同时，离职仍在发生。诺和诺德的员工自愿离职率为5%，而2025年的总流失率接近18%。因此，这次的招聘更多是为了填补职位空缺，而非单纯的团队规模扩张。
回顾去年的情况，这一切就说得通了。在新任首席执行官Mike Doustdar领导的大规模重组中，公司裁减了约7800个职位，约占其员工总数的10%，2025年年底的员工总数约为69505人。此次裁员的影响范围并不局限于基层，也波及了高级管理层，足见变革之深。
