高盛集团两名资深银行家在该行亚洲业务工作七年之后计划离职，近期的一系列离职凸显出这家美资银行在该地区面临的挑战。

　　知情人士表示，中国科技、媒体和电信联席主管Dawei Huang计划离开银行业，将加入一家科技公司。由于此事尚未公开，知情人士要求匿名。知情人士还表示，负责领导除日本以外亚洲医疗保健投资银行业务的负责人Samuel Thong也将离职。

　　Huang和Thong尚未正式辞职，两人均未回应置评请求。高盛发言人拒绝置评。

　　亚洲已成为全球投资银行的关键角力场，中国香港和内地企业在IPO和跨境并购方面都非常活跃。但该地区许多全球银行的高级交易撮合者却纷纷辞职转向企业任职，因奖金周期波动较大促使人才流向更稳定的行业。
