智通财经APP讯，知行科技(01274)发布公告，于2026年4月20日，董事会获悉：执行董事宋阳先生(董事会主席)、卢玉坤先生及刘芳女士;本公司监事会成员之一，职工代表监事高黎昀女士(合称“董事及监事”)，于2026 年4月13日至4月17日之间以自有资金各自在公开市场购入本公司H股。
据董事及监事告知，彼等对本公司的业务发展和前景充满信心，认为当前H股股价并无反映本集团价值，彼等对本集团长期价值充分认可。同时，公司全体执行董事及全体监事(包括上述四位已增持本公司H股的执行董事及监事，以及其余几位因证券账户权限等问题未能于近期购入本公司H股的执行董事兼总裁蒋京芳女士、公司监事会主席兼股东代表监事朱庆华先生及股东代表监事汪冰洁先生)及部分员工表示在符合适用的法律及监管要求下，彼等可能会在适当时候进一步增持本公司股份，预计在未来12个月内额外购入H股的合计金额不超过5000万人民币。根据本公司可得资料及就董事会所知，于增持事项后及于本公告日期，本公司一直维持充足公众持股量并遵守上市规则相关规定。
