台积电Q1营收同比大涨45.2%，再创历史新高纪录。另据报道，4月16日台积电在法说会上明确表示，先进封装产能非常紧张，核心战略是发展更大尺寸的CoWoS技术。国金证券此前指出，台积电规划2026年推出5.5倍、2027年实现9.5倍光罩尺寸CoWoS，支持12层HBM与多芯片集成，先进封装成为AI算力关键变量。超大尺寸带来热管理与翘曲控制新瓶颈，SiC材料凭借高热导率与低CTE特性，有望以热扩散层、结构支撑层渐进导入，破解热-机械耦合难题。
公开资料显示，2025年，天岳先进导电型碳化硅衬底的市占率达到了27.6%，超越Wolfspeed问鼎全球第一。其中，公司8英寸碳化硅衬底的市占率更是以51.3%的市场份额遥遥领先。银河证券认为，在新兴应用场景的持续延伸和传统应用场景的加速渗透的双轮驱动下，预计到2030年，碳化硅衬底的市场规模将有望增长至人民币664亿元。
