智通财经APP讯，江南布衣(03306)发布公告，于2026年4月17日，公司间接全资附属公司慧浦服饰与承包商浙江省建工集团有限责任公司订立施工合同，据此，承包商须就于该土地兴建新现代园区提供服务，合约总额为人民币6亿元(相当于约6.8亿港元)，惟须受施工合同的条款及条件所规限。
经参考公司日期为2025年6月5日及2025年7月11日的公告，公司已于2025年收购该土地用以开发新现代园区，将其打造成为公司集数字化研发及智能化仓储于一体的新型企业园。公司预期新现代园区落成后将成为公司业务的企业文化中心。于询价与比价程序完结后，公司已根据施工合同选定承包商为新现代园区建筑项目的总承包商。公司认为，施工合同得以让该土地为公司提供充足发展空间，以配合公司增长;且其邻近公司现有总部，可为集团营运及发展带来必要的协同效应。
