* 中国国家市场监督管理总局稍早表示，依法对拼多多、美团3690.HK、京东9618.HK、阿里巴巴9988.HK旗下饿了么、淘宝、天猫、以及抖音等七家电商平台“幽灵外卖”系列案作出行政处罚，并处以罚没款共计35.97亿元人民币。
* 市监总局第22号行政处罚决定书显示，拼多多经营主体--上海寻梦公司的当事人在本案调查过程中多次出现无正当理由拒绝提供材料等行为，甚至采用“暴力、软对抗”等手段阻碍监管执法。
* 行政处罚决定书还显示，上海寻梦公司被市监总局合计罚没15.2亿元，为七家平台中最多。（完）
