Yandal Resources (ASX:YRL) said a second reverse circulation drilling rig arrived on site at the Ironstone Well-Barwidgee gold project in Western Australia and started drilling at the Arrakis gold discovery, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The drilling will focus on identifying and systematically extending the primary mineralized structure to the southeast, the filing said.

Heritage clearance for the Flushing Meadows diamond drilling program was received ahead of schedule, per the filing. Site clearing will begin next week in preparation for reverse circulation pre-collar drilling.
