4月20日，三诺生物（300298）发布公告，公司收到关于欧洲专利EP3988471临时禁令的上诉结果，获悉欧洲统一专利法院（UPC）上诉法院撤销了海牙UPC分院的一审判决，确定了对被控侵权产品的临时禁令判决。
公告指出，UPC上诉法院撤销一审法院作出的驳回临时禁令的判决，禁止公司及Menarini公司在UPC管辖区域内（罗马尼亚除外的17个UPC成员国）制造、销售、进口被控侵权产品。同时，公司需返还雅培临时禁令一审败诉支付给公司的40万欧元。公司需承担PI一审的相关费用和本次上诉程序的相关费用，并立即先向雅培支付1.1万欧元的临时费用。
公告指出，2025年7月4日，雅培在海牙UPC分院，就其专利EP3988471，针对公司和A Menarini Diagnostics S.r.l.提起了临时禁令申请。雅培认为公司开发的iCan CGM App侵犯其专利权。
2025年前三季度，三诺生物实现收入34.53亿元，归母净利润2.11亿元。
