格隆汇4月20日｜上海市经济和信息化委员会等部门印发《上海市推动产业互联网平台赋能产业发展行动方案(2026—2028年)》。方案提出，强化专用工业品电商服务能力。围绕人形机器人、低空无人机等领域芯片小批量试产需求，推动企业建设电子元器件在线采购交易平台，开发智能选型工具，提供MCU、碳化硅功率级芯片等产品云制造解决方案。鼓励企业构建港机备件采购调度平台，提高减速箱等核心备件产品质量，加快渠道整合、自动补货等能力建设。支持企业建设科研用品一站式采购交易平台，做强科研试剂、分析试剂等产品矩阵，拓展超纯水系统、生物成像系统等科学仪器设备产品体系，完善“试剂+设备+耗材”的自主可控解决方案。支持企业加快建设电子材料国际交易中心，开发专业化交易、智慧物流仓储、高效进出口通关服务等功能，打通产业链流通堵点。
