新浪科技讯 4月17日下午消息，新浪科技独家获悉，名创优品成立全新部门AI创新部，该部门隶属于数字科技中心，定位是以智能体AI能力建设为核心，推动名创优品在业务决策与办公协同领域的智能化升级。
据了解，目前该部门已开启多个岗位招聘，包括选址算法工程师、预测算法工程师、Agent研发工程师、AI解决方案工程师、AI智能体研发专家、Python开发工程师等。
从岗位职责信息可以看到，AI创新部当前的核心研究主要聚焦两大方向：一是经营决策智能化，包括智能选址与空间数据建模、全球与区域销售预测、供应链运筹优化等方面；二是智能体核心能力建设，包括办公及业务场景的Agent Skill开发、MCP服务架构设计、多Agent协同架构研发等。
近年来，名创优品创始人叶国富曾多次公开强调数字化和智能化的重要作用。在2025年员工新春开工寄语中，叶国富表示，坚持数字化提效是指全面拥抱人工智能大潮，借助先进的数字化工具和平台，实现业务流程的自动化、标准化和可视化。
