智通财经APP讯，酷派集团(02369)发布公告，Digital Tech于2026年4月16日(东部标准时间)所出售的390份MSTR认购期权已于2026年4月17日(东部标准时间)由390份MSTR认购期权的相关持有人悉数行使。于390份MSTR认购期权获行使后，Digital Tech须透过向相关持有人实物交付相关MSTR股份以换取支付相关每股MSTR股份150.00美元的行使价结算款项的方式结算390份MSTR认购期权。
2026年4月17日(东部标准时间)，集团于公开市场向390份MSTR认购期权相关持有人出售3.9万股MSTR股份，价格为每股MSTR股份150.00美元(不包括交易成本)，总代价约为585万美元(相等于约4569万港元)。
