消息面上，近日，天机控股发布公告，本公司全资附属公司北京壹伍贰零科技有限公司(北京壹伍贰零)已经与北京秀曼科技有限公司(北京秀曼科技)共同在中国成都市成立了合资公司“成都天和鑫睿贵金属有限公司”(成都黄金公司)。合资公司已经正式开业，各项工作进展顺利。该合资公司已成功获得上海黄金交易所的交易资格，这标志着本集团在贵金属与体育产业IP结合领域迈出坚实一步。
目前，本公司正积极申请上海黄金交易所国际版会员资格。该项申请若顺利完成，将有助于本集团打通国际国内两个市场，利用其在体育产业及IP赋能方面的优势，构建更加完善的业务闭环。董事会认为，该合资公司的落地及资质获取，将为本集团的业务发展提供坚实基础，并带来战略性的业务助力。
