人工智能编程初创公司Cursor正与投资者进行深入谈判，计划在新一轮融资中筹集约20亿美元，融资后估值预计将超过500亿美元。

　　据知情人士透露，现有投资方Andreessen Horowitz将共同领投本轮融资，英伟达也计划参与其中，Thrive Capital亦在洽谈加入。

　　Cursor被视为硅谷增长最快的初创公司之一，其开发的AI编程工具可帮助开发者大幅提升编码效率。截至2026年2月，Cursor年化收入已突破20亿美元，较三个月前的10亿美元翻倍；每天有约1.5亿行企业代码通过Cursor生成，超过三分之二的财富500强企业正在使用其服务。

　　不过，Cursor正面临来自Anthropic旗下Claude Code的激烈竞争。数据显示，Claude Code发布仅约一年，年化收入已超过25亿美元，在绝对值上反超Cursor。随着AI自主编码能力加速成熟，Cursor能否完成从应用层向模型加平台公司的跃迁，成为市场关注焦点。

　　Cursor此前于去年11月完成23亿美元融资，估值为293亿美元，当时投资者包括Accel、Thrive、Coatue Management、英伟达及谷歌等。若本轮融资成功，其估值将实现约70%的跃升。
