曦智科技-P（01879）于2026年4月20日至2026年4月23日招股，公司全球发售1379.52万股H股，香港公开发售占约5%，国际发售占约95%，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价166.60-183.20港元，每手15股，预期H股将于香港时间2026年4月28日（星期二）上午九时正在联交所开始买卖。

　　此外，公司已与Alibaba Investment、GIC、Baillie Gifford、BlackRock、富达国际、Schroders、淡马锡、上海中移基金、HHLRA FUNDS、UBS AM、3W Fund、Aspex 、CPE Fir、景林、GF Fund、联想、未来资产证券（香港）、中兴通讯（香港）、工银理财及平安资产管理订立基石投资协议，基石投资者已同意认购总金额2.099亿美元的发售股份。

　　假设超额配股权未获行使，且发售股份的发售价为每股174.9港元，全球发售净筹约22.669亿港元。约70%将于未来五年用于研发，包括持续发展光互连业务及光计算业务；约20%将用于商业化工作；10%将拨付至营运资金及用于一般公司用途。

　　于往绩记录期间，公司的收入由2023年的人民币3820万元增加至2025年的人民币1.064亿元，复合年增长率为66.9%。
