据AXIOS，两名美国官员和两名了解谈判情况的消息人士透露，美国和伊朗正在就一项结束战争的三页计划进行谈判，其中一个讨论的要素是美国将解冻200亿美元的伊朗资金，以换取伊朗放弃其浓缩铀库存。
据两位消息人士称，在谈判的早期阶段，美方曾提议解冻60亿美元用于人道物资，伊朗方面要求270亿美元。美国和伊朗讨论的最新数字是200亿美元。
一位美国官员表示，这是美方的提议。
另一位美国官员将“现金换铀”的概念描述为“众多讨论之一”。
与此同时，美国要求伊朗同意将其所有核材料运往美国，而伊朗只同意在伊朗境内进行“稀释”。
根据正在讨论的妥协方案，部分高浓缩铀将运往第三国（不一定是美国），部分将在国际监督下在伊朗境内稀释。
据伊朗方面消息，伊朗外交部副部长赛义德·哈提卜扎德表示，伊朗不接受任何形式的临时停火，要求彻底结束整个地区的冲突。
哈提卜扎德说，任何停火都必须涵盖“从黎巴嫩到红海”的所有冲突地区，这对伊朗来说是“红线”。
他强调，“我们不接受任何临时停火”，冲突循环必须“彻底终止”。
