Patrick Industries (PATK) is in talks to combine with rival LCI Industries (LCII), Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The recreational-vehicle suppliers are negotiating a possible all-stock deal that could be announced in the coming weeks, the report said, citing the people.
Patrick Industries and LCI Industries didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
