消息面上，工业和信息化部、国家发展改革委、市场监管总局、国家能源局等部门4月17日联合召开光伏行业座谈会，部署规范光伏产业竞争秩序相关工作。会议强调，要深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于规范光伏产业竞争秩序的工作部署，深刻认识治理“内卷式”竞争的重要性和紧迫性，扎实推进光伏行业“反内卷”工作。
兴业证券指出，2026年英国、澳大利亚等海外市场政策持续加码，叠加中东地缘局势波动，全球能源安全诉求显著提升，户储及工商储需求具备进一步上修可能。中国光伏行业协会牵头筹备光伏制造成本认定标准，覆盖全产业链并统一核算口径，以此遏制无序竞价，破解行业内卷，引导产业良性发展。
