稍早英国金融时报报导指，总部位于香港的怡和集团JARD.SI正与长和洽谈收购其超市部门百佳（ParknShop），并将与其惠康超市合并。路透未能立即核实该报导。
怡和集团透过旗下DFI零售集团DFIR.SI在亚洲营运包括万宁、7-11便利店、惠康、IKEA及美心等品牌业务。（完）
