消息面上，歌礼制药近日公告，口服小分子GLP-1受体激动剂与口服小分子胰淀素受体激动剂固定剂量复方制剂ASC30_39FDC全面启动临床开发。歌礼计划于2026年第三季度向美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）递交该复方制剂用于肥胖症治疗的新药临床试验申请。值得关注的是，这是全球首个公开宣布的口服小分子GLP-1与口服小分子胰淀素固定剂量复方制剂，标志着歌礼在代谢疾病领域的创新布局实现关键突破。
东吴证券发布研报称，ASC30是公司自主开发的GLP-1小分子口服/皮下注射双剂型制剂。在此前披露的II期临床数据中，口服剂型安慰剂校正后13周减重幅度高达7.7%。每月一次皮下注射剂型16周实现平均减重7.5%。口服剂型即将向FDA提交III期临床计划，公司预计将在2026年Q3正式启动。按照目前减重临床的入组节奏及治疗周期，我们预计该临床有望在2028年读出数据。
