根据声明，Strategy 将于 6 月 8 日召开年度股东大会，届时将结束对 Stretch 更新提案的投票。如果获得批准，新的半月支付计划的首次股权登记日为 6 月 30 日，预计首次付款将于 7 月 15 日支付。
该公司表示，这一变化可能“减少再投资滞后、提高流动性、提升市场效率并增强价格稳定性”。
