　　4月16日，协合新能源发布公告，集团开发的1000兆瓦（1吉瓦）容量数据中心，已完成大型负荷并网研究，并获得得克萨斯州电力可靠性委员会（ERCOT）授予的并网许可。该数据中心将毗邻集团位于得克萨斯州其中一个现有公共事业规模太阳能及电池储能项目。此许可是奠定集团发展可持续供电数字基础设施战略的关键性里程碑，标志着集团在可再生能源开发领域的深厚专业能力，与全球高速增长的人工智能算力基础设施需求深度结合。

　　电力供应已成为制约全球AI基础设施发展的核心瓶颈。集团能成功在以技术复杂性高、竞争激烈及审批程序严格著称的ERCOT市场获取大规模并网容量，彰显了集团在电力项目开发、电网接入及大型场站交付领域久经验证的执行力。
