消息面上，4月23日，SK海力士披露2026年一季度业绩，销售额首次突破50万亿韩元大关，营业利润为37.6万亿韩元，营业利润率达到72%，创下公司成立以来的最高纪录。公司在财报中表示，存储效率化技术的扩散将提高人工智能服务的经济性，进而推动整体服务规模的扩大，这将进一步拉动存储器需求。基于此，公司预计DRAM和NAND闪存市场均将维持有利的价格环境。
高盛研报指出，自今年年初以来，由AI服务器驱动的需求热潮，正在把年初已经紧张的供应链推向更严重的短缺。该行表示，当前服务器应用需求强劲；全行业产能新增有限，且新增产能优先供给高带宽内存(HBM)，压缩了传统内存的供给增量；行业整体库存水位极低，进一步限制供给弹性。基于上述三大因素驱动，高盛将2026年DRAM价格涨幅预测从此前的约150%大幅上调至250%至+280%，NAND价格涨幅预测从约100%上调至+200%至+250%。
