智通财经APP获悉，博泰车联(02889)午后拉升逾16%，近两日累计涨幅超四成。截至发稿，涨12.65%，报172.7港元，成交额5.29亿港元。
消息面上，4月22日，博泰车联在地平线的国内首款舱驾融合整车智能体芯片地平线星空的产品发布会现场与地平线举行了签约仪式，成为星空首批签约客户。与其同时，公司与地平线共同签署了战略合作协议。双方将结合各自在智能汽车领域的互补优势，推动AI技术在智能座舱、智能驾驶和机器人的融合创新，共同打造汽车智能化、国产化的平台级解决方案。
值得注意的是，4月9日，博泰车联与民生银行正式签订全面战略合作协议。根据协议内容，民生银行同意向博泰车联提供25亿元人民币的意向性授信。本次战略合作的核心，在于通过强有力的资金支持，加速博泰车联在并购领域的战略布局。25亿元的意向性授信，将重点用于支持公司未来的战略并购和高速增长的内生需求。
