彭博行业研究ETF分析师Athanasios Psarofagis表示，由与政策信号相关的股票组成的“白宫篮子”自特朗普第二任期开始以来显著跑赢标普500指数，不过投资者难以直接参与其中。

　　研究发现，该篮子包含约16只与政府支持和公开背书挂钩的股票。自特朗普重返白宫以来，该篮子已累计上涨约75%，其中英特尔和美国稀土公司领涨。相比之下，标普500指数同期涨幅约为20%。其中一些公司获得了政府直接持股，另一些则得到特朗普背书或受益于利好的立法。

　　不过，这一篮子的波动性明显更高，回撤更深、涨跌周期更为剧烈，这反映出这些股票对政策变化高度敏感，而政策转向可能迅速改变其走势。一只旨在捕捉这种政治影响策略的拟议ETF仍处于搁置状态，因为交易所迄今不愿将其上市，这也体现出将此类敞口打包既具吸引力又存在争议。
