2026年4月22日，据白宫知情人士透露，特朗普政府最早将于4月23日正式推进大麻管制分级的调整。受此消息刺激，大麻相关股票及交易所交易基金（ETF）应声飙升。
AdvisorShares Pure US Cannabis ETF的股价在交易恢复后一度上涨高达23%，创下自2025年12月16日以来的最大日内涨幅。Amplify Alternative Harvest ETF的涨幅也一度达到15%。个股方面，Tilray股价一度飙升18%，Aurora Cannabis跳涨15%，Cronos、Canopy Growth等公司股价也大幅跟涨。
据悉，该行政命令预计将指示美国缉毒局（DEA）或司法部颁布最终规定，将大麻从《管制物质法案》中管制最严的一级，降至与氯胺酮等药物并列的三级。此举意味着首次在联邦层面承认大麻的医疗用途，并可能为大麻的医学研究打开大门。
此前，市场已有多次关于特朗普政府可能放宽大麻管制的传闻，但此次消息的明确性直接引发了资本市场的剧烈反应。
