2026年4月22日——受美国总统特朗普预计将签署行政命令以放宽联邦层面大麻管制的消息刺激，美国大麻概念股当日集体飙升。
据媒体报道，特朗普最早将于本周签署该行政令，首次承认大麻的医疗用途，并指示美国缉毒局（DEA）或司法部启动程序，将大麻从管制最严的一级管制物质重新归类为级别较低的三级管制物质。
受此重大利好消息影响，大麻相关股票及ETF在交易恢复后出现暴涨。工业大麻股Canopy Growth一度涨超19%，Tilray Brands一度飙升18%，Aurora Cannabis也一度上涨15%。AdvisorShares Pure US Cannabis ETF的股价一度上涨23%，创下自2025年12月16日以来的最大日内涨幅。
