消息面上，USA Rare Earth宣布以28亿美元收购巴西稀土厂商Serra Verde，为全球稀土行业迄今最大并购交易。该交易采用现金加股票支付，预计2026年三季度完成交割。此次收购将大幅补齐美国重稀土供给短板，项目达产后，2027年Serra Verde重稀土产能将占据亚洲以外市场近半供应量。重稀土稀缺性更高、附加值更强，广泛应用于新能源、军工永磁材料领域。同时该矿已签署15年长期包销协议，获美国相关机构资金支持，助力美国搭建独立稀土供应链。
此次并购加速全球稀土供应链重构，海外产能扩张进程提速，叠加行业长期供需偏紧逻辑，直接提振板块整体估值。
