主要得益于集团2026年第一季度稳定推进生产经营，持续推动降本增效措施严格落实，并得益于集团主要产品黄金价格与2025年同期相比的上涨;及集团2026年第一季度纯利受可转换债券公允价值变动损失约人民币2.6亿元及相关财务费用(包括实际推算利息)约人民币2210万元的入帐影响(董事会谨此强调该事项属于非现金项目，仅归因于对相关会计准则的应用及遵守，不涉及任何现金流出，亦不反映集团的基础核心经营表现)，大幅抵销了核心业务的溢利。
