必和必拓集团周三表示，截至3月底的第三财季铁矿石产量增长3%，主要得益于西澳大利亚业务的强劲表现抵消了热带气旋的影响，并维持全年业绩预期。
2月和3月的两次热带气旋扰乱了位于西澳大利亚的全球最大铁矿石出口枢纽——黑德兰港的运营，影响了这种关键炼钢原料的运输。
必和必拓表示，第三财季其西澳大利亚矿山铁矿石产量（按100%权益计算）为6980万吨，高于Visible Alpha此前预测的6890万吨，也高于去年同期的6780万吨。
然而，过去三个月，这种炼钢原料的实际价格下跌了2%，至每湿吨85.35美元。
该公司表示，2026财年西澳大利亚铁矿石产量预期（按100%计算）维持不变，为2.84亿吨至2.96亿吨。
