交易量增长提振下盈透证券(IBKR.US)Q1净营收同比增长17% 每股收益0.60美元

智通财经APP获悉，电子交易巨头盈透证券(IBKR.US)公布了2026年第一季度财务业绩。财报显示，盈透证券Q1净营收为16.7亿美元，同比增长17%，略低于市场预期的16.8亿美元;净利润为2.67亿美元，上年同期为2.13亿美元;调整后每股收益为0.60美元，符合市场预期。

净利息收入同比增长17%至9.04亿美元，主要得益于客户平均保证金贷款和客户信用余额的增加。受交易量上升推动，佣金收入增长19%，至6.13亿美元。股票、期货和期权的客户交易量分别增长了25%、20%和16%。

其他费用和服务增长了10%，至8600万美元，其中交易所强制计划的订单流支付增加了200万美元，联邦存款保险公司 (FDIC) 清算费增加了200万美元，市场数据费增加了200万美元，但风险敞口费减少了300万美元，部分抵消了这些增长。

执行、清算和分销费用下降了12%，至1.06亿美元，这主要得益于监管费用的降低(美国证券交易委员会第31条交易费率于2025年5月14日降至零)，以及由于股票和期权交易量增加，从某些交易所获得的流动性返利增加。

该公司表示，客户资产增长38%，至7894亿美元。客户账户增长31%，至475万个。

此外，盈透证券董事会宣布将季度现金股息从每股0.08美元提高至每股0.0875美元。该股息将于2026年6月12日支付给截至2026年6月1日登记在册的股东。
