金吾财讯 | 优步（UBER）通过子公司披露持有电动汽车制造商 Lucid（LCID） 11.5% 的被动股权，对应约 3775 万股股份，双方同时深化战略合作，受此影响 Lucid 股价盘前上涨1.93%，报6.88美元。
该笔投资是 Lucid 总额 10.5 亿美元融资计划的一部分，此轮融资亦获得沙特公共投资基金支持。优步将增持对 Lucid 的总投资至 5 亿美元，并承诺为其全球自动驾驶出租车网络采购至少 3.5 万辆 Lucid 车型。
此次合作进一步强化了双方在自动驾驶出行领域的长期伙伴关系，为 Lucid 的资金与业务拓展提供支撑。
