空客（Airbus）公司表示，已同意收购法国网络安全企业Quarkslab，以持续强化其安全领域资质。

　　这家法国企业称，此项拟议投资是其战略的一部分，旨在在法国打造自主可控的网络安全能力，并提升其在整个欧洲网络安全行业的地位。该公司已于2024年收购了德国的Infodas，并计划收购英国的Ultra Cyber Ltd。

　　空客（Airbus）表示，该交易预计将于2026年年内完成。
