IT之家 4 月 21 日消息，由索尼、本田与双方合资成立的索尼本田移动公司（Sony Honda Mobility Inc.，简称 SHM）今日宣布，已就索尼本田移动未来业务方向和市场定位达成一致。
据IT之家此前报道，本田于 3 月 12 日宣布重新评估汽车电气化战略。随后索尼、本田及 SHM 于本月 25 日宣布，取消 AFEELA 首款车型“AFEELA 1”及第二款车型的开发与发售计划。
公告显示，此后三方基于上述情况对 SHM 未来的业务方向进行了多次探讨。结果表明，在现有框架下，很难找到能在中短期内实现符合 SHM 成立初衷的产品及服务投入市场的可行方案。因此，三方决定暂时调整现有体制，缩减 SHM 的业务规模。
对于 SHM 的员工，将在尊重个人意愿的基础上，原则上全部重新安置回两家母公司。
官方在最后表示，未来三方将结合不断变化的业务环境，针对即将到来的以高级驾驶辅助系统为主流的时代，继续探讨如何通过软件合作来创造用户体验价值。
