消息面上，都市丽人近期获多位重要股东增持股份，展示对公司前景的信心。4月13日至4月15日，公司执行董事吴小丽女士从市场上购买合共307.8万股公司普通股股份，涉资约112.65万港元。4月9日至4月9日期间，执行董事张盛锋先生通过其全资拥有的信锋国际有限公司，从市场购入合共303万股公司普通股股份，涉资约106万港元。
此外，近期，都市丽人与加拿大鹅绒基地FIL集团签订战略合作协议。双方宣布将合作关系由采购升级为深度战略合作，融合FIL在鹅绒处理上的核心技术，进一步推动产品创新。
都市丽人上月公布2025年业绩，公司实现营收29.54亿元；其中，贴身衣物产品收入达26.59亿元，同比增长4.07%。电商业务成为都市丽人业绩增长的核心引擎，全年GMV达43.1亿元，同比增长175%，线上门店数量突破400家，在各主流电商平台的排名也稳步提升。
