IT之家 4 月 22 日消息，集邦咨询 Trendforce 今天（4 月 22 日）发布博文，报道称 SK 海力士在美国印第安纳州开始动工建设首座半导体先进封装工厂，投资约 38.7 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 264.57 亿元人民币），计划 2028 年下半年投产，主要生产第七代和第八代 HBM（HBM4E 和 HBM5）。
消息称该工厂主要满足 AI 算力对高带宽内存的激增需求，以生产第七代 HBM4E 和第八代 HBM5 为主。SK 海力士已于 4 月 17 日通知当地社区启动地基打桩作业，预计持续数月，2026 年下半年进入主体建筑施工阶段。
除美国扩张外，SK 海力士同步加码韩国本土产能。公司计划投资约 19 万亿韩元在清州建设下一代先进封装工厂（P&T7），预计 2027 年底完工。DRAM 产能扩张也在加速推进，清州 M15X 工厂将于 3 月四期洁净室启用后安装设备，龙仁半导体集群首座工厂洁净室计划 2027 年 2 月完工。
