消息面上，4月20日，四环医药发布公告，集团旗下非全资附属公司轩竹生物(02575)已在2026年 4月17日至2026年4月22日举行的2026年美国癌症研究协会年会(AACR)以口头报告的形式展示地罗阿克一线治疗间变性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床III期(DIAMOND-2)研究结果。
本次于2026年AACR公布的数据显示，地罗阿克在一线治疗ALK阳性晚期NSCLC中体现出具有统计学显著意义及临床意义的疗效优势，在修正意向治疗(mITT)人群中，研究者评估的中位无进展生存期(mPFS)达31.3个月，显著优于对照组的12.9个月，疾病进展风险显著降低53%(HR=0.47，P<0.0001)；同时，地罗阿克组客观缓解率(ORR)达88.5%，中位缓解持续时间(mDoR)达32.10个月，疾病控制率(DCR)为95.4%，整体肿瘤缓解深度与持久性均显著优于对照组。
