　　劲方医药-B（02595）盘中涨近6%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.41%，现报45.94港元，成交额2121.73万港元。

　　劲方医药宣布，公司自主开发的口服Pan RAS（ON）抑制剂GFH276临床前研究数据，于当地时间4月21日登陆美国癌症研究协会（AACR）年会壁报展示。壁报显示GFH276在多种RAS突变的动物模型中，以低至1/3剂量即可达到或超越RMC-6236的抑瘤效果。

　　此外，GFH276与西妥昔单抗、化疗药物或PD-1单抗分别联用的动物实验中，可展现显著的抑瘤增效及无瘤生存期延长。据悉，GFH276为全球第三款进入临床试验的Pan RAS抑制剂，并在临床早期数据中显示契合临床前疗效及安全性的初步结果。
