格隆汇4月24日丨马鞍山钢铁股份(00323.HK)公告，2026年第一季度营业收入177.18亿元，同比下降8.79%；净利润4236.65万元，上年同期亏损1.44亿元；基本每股收益0.01元。 2026年一季度，国内钢材价格先跌后涨，整体低位窄幅波动，原燃料价格高位波动，钢企仍面临较大经营压力。公司及附属公司("集团")践行"三创四化五策略"高质量发展模式，统筹推进年度重点工作，经营绩效显著改善。集团共生产生铁475万吨、粗钢521万吨、商品坯材500万吨，同比分别增加3.94%、1.17%和2.04%。报告期，利润总额为人民币1.20亿元，同比增利人民币1.85亿元；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为人民币0.42亿元，同比增利人民币1.86亿元；经营活动产生的现金流量净额为人民币14.13亿元，同比增加人民币11.48亿元。
