智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，本公司董事会建议将本公司的英文名称由“Acme International Holdings Limited”更改为“Green Power Group Limited”，并将本公司的中文双重外文名称由“益美国际控股有限公司”更改为“绿色电能集团有限公司”(建议更改公司名称)。
因应本公司战略发展规划，本公司近年专注于绿色能源项目的投资、发展及营运，积极把握发展机遇，重点布局独立储能、风能、光伏等新能源投资营运以及基于人工智能的综合能源服务业务。各项业务均取得突破性进展，本集团绿色电力能源业务收益快速增长，占比逐年提高。
董事会认为，建议更改公司名称将实现本集团业务范围与本公司名称的名实相符，准确反映公司定位，更好地呼应企业愿景，并有效支持公司战略发展，从而营造崭新的绿色能源企业形象。董事会认为建议更改公司名称符合本公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
