消息面上，据云顶新耀官微消息，近日，公司宣布在2026年美国癌症研究协会(AACR)年会上公布其自主研发的mRNA个性化肿瘤治疗性疫苗EVM16单药治疗及联合PD-1抑制剂(替雷利珠单抗)治疗晚期实体瘤的首次人体临床试验(FIH)数据。该临床试验由北京大学肿瘤医院与复旦大学附属肿瘤医院联合发起，并于2025年3月完成首例患者给药。结果显示，EVM16在晚期实体瘤患者中展现出良好的安全性和耐受性、显著的免疫原性及积极的初步疗效信号，支持进一步临床开发推进。
EVM16是云顶新耀自主研发的mRNA个性化肿瘤治疗性疫苗，根据每位患者特有的肿瘤细胞突变，通过EVER-NEO-1“妙算”系统识别具有较高免疫原性的肿瘤新抗原，并设计编码数十种肿瘤新抗原的mRNA治疗性疫苗。EVM16通过LNP靶向递送系统在体内进行高效的抗原呈递，激活患者自身的新抗原特异性T细胞免疫，进而达到杀伤肿瘤细胞和治疗癌症的目的。
