消息面上，随着伊朗与美国谈判重启迹象提振市场情绪，人工智能(AI)相关股票重回聚光灯下，推动韩国股市创下历史新高，同时也带动中国台湾股市再度上扬。截至4月21日，韩国综合股价指数(KOSPI)收涨2.71%，创下历史高位。这一以科技股为主的指数此前因中东冲突而遭受的跌幅，已在上一交易日全部收复。
此外，有业内分析师表示，半导体热度延续，受美股芯片股新高提振，周二亚太科技板块全线走强。Van Eck Associates Corp. 跨资产策略师Anna Wu认为，随着市场关注点从地缘冲突新闻转向企业盈利与AI需求，科技主题重回焦点，韩国股市因此上涨，而投资者正在重建“追涨”信心。
