智通财经APP讯，绿科科技国际(00195)发布公告，本公司接获联交所发出日期为2026年4月17日的函件，通知本公司联交所上市委员会于2026年4月16日对本公司的复牌及上市地位进行审议，且上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消本公司的上市地位，此乃由于本公司未能履行全部复牌指引及仍暂停股份买卖(决定)。
根据上市规则第2B章，本公司有权于决定发出起七个营业日内将决定提交联交所上市复核委员会复核。函件指出，除非本公司提出上市复核委员会复核申请，否则本公司股份的最后上市日期将为2026年5月4日，而本公司股份的上市地位将自2026年5月5日上午九时正起取消。
本公司正审阅决定，并就是否申请将决定提交上市复核委员会进行上市复核委员会复核征询专业意见。本公司将于适当时候另行刊发公告，以向本公司股东及潜在投资者提供最新资料。
应本公司要求，由于延迟刊发本公司截至2024年6月30日止6个月的未经审核中期业绩，本公司股份已自2024年9月2日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续停牌。
