南财智讯4月24日电，金山云（03896.HK）公告，公司与小米集团于2025年7月29日签订《二零二五年小米合作框架协议》，协议有效期分项设定：IDC相关服务自2025年7月29日至2028年7月28日；硬件设备采购自2025年7月29日至2027年12月31日；API相关服务自2026年4月23日至2027年12月31日。合作内容包括金山云向小米集团采购IDC托管及运维支持服务、交换机等网络硬件设备，以及MiMo系列大模型API服务；同时，双方延续《二零二四年小米框架协议》项下双向合作，金山云继续向小米集团提供公有云存储、云计算、算力服务及综合云解决方案等云服务，全面支持其“人车家全生态”战略及AI、智能电动汽车等业务发展。
