本公司已于2026年4月21日根据认购特别授权向C River Limited(认购方的联属人士)按认购价每股认购股份港币0.30元配发及发行7.28亿股认购股份。根据股份认购协议，认购方有权将其于股份认购协议下的权利转让予其联属人士。
本公司已于2026年4月21日向C River Limited(认股权证认购方的联属人士)按发行价每份认股权证港币0.01元发行7.31亿份认股权证。每份认股权证的行使价为港币0.44元。根据认股权证认购协议，认股权证认购方有权透过其联属人士认购认股权证。于认股权证获行使时发行的认股权证股份将根据认股权证特别授权配发及发行。
