三位业内人士周二表示，俄罗斯将从5月1日起停止从哈萨克斯坦通过德鲁日巴输油管道向德国出口石油。
上述知情人士表示，调整后的石油出口时间表已发送给哈萨克斯坦和德国。
在柏林的支持下，俄罗斯与德国的政治和商业关系因乌克兰冲突而出现裂痕。
俄罗斯能源部没有立即回复置评请求。
德国于2022年托管了俄罗斯最大的石油生产商俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）在当地的分支机构，打破了柏林与俄罗斯长达数十年的能源关系。
2025年，哈萨克斯坦通过俄罗斯德鲁日巴输油管道向德国出口的石油总量为214.6万吨，约合每天4.3万桶，比2024年增加了44%。

由于乌克兰无人机袭击了俄罗斯境内的输油管道，供应曾多次中断。
2022 年莫斯科与乌克兰的冲突爆发后，俄罗斯停止了石油供应，位于德国东北部施韦德镇的德国最大炼油厂之一 PCK 炼油厂的部分原油就是通过这条输油管道运输的哈萨克斯坦原油供应的。
